10 years ago, Sculptor Andy Scott<\/span><\/a> award winning #Kelpie<\/a> mauetes landed in New York and for a few weeks were in residence at Bryant Park<\/span><\/a> – they looked magnificent on the Fountain Terrace.<\/div>\n

The Kelpies are the 10 foot 1:10 scale design models of Andy Scott’s 100-foot-tall sculptures.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The full size Kelpies are located in the heart of the new 900-acre Helix Park<\/span><\/a> in Falkirk<\/span><\/a> , central Scotland – half way between Glasgow and Edinburgh.<\/div>\n

Andy Scott continues to create metal animal art, now in Los Angeles, CA. His latest works include 15 bronze horses in Las Vegas as part of the permanent memorial of the Route 91 Harvest Festival.<\/div>\n

He was also commissioned by Manchester City FC for a series of three sculptures at Ethiad Stadium – Sergio Aguero, Vincent Kompany, and David Silva.<\/div>\n
