Every thread and colour represents a moment in the journey towards the Declaration of Independence \u2014 from the 13 colonies to key dates and even subtle references like the 4th of July. Being able to bring that narrative to life through weaving has been such an exciting creative challenge.&#8221; &#8211; Kaci McEwan<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"3hvn2-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"3hvn2-0-0\">Congratulations Kaci! We are so excited for this new tartan to commemorate 250 years in America.<\/span><\/div>\n<h4 data-offset-key=\"3hvn2-0-0\">The expert panel included:<\/h4>\n<div data-offset-key=\"3hvn2-0-0\">\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Mark Boyce, Head of Scottish Government USA<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Leonie Bell, CEO of V&amp;A Dundee<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Marnie Collins, Programme Director at Heriot-Watt University<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Alan Cumming, Design Director at Lovat Mill<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>US Ambassador to the UK Warren Stephens<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Jennifer Condon, Executive Director of America250.org<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Rep.
