Queen's Diamond Jubilee Celebration : June 3, 2012

The Diamond Jubilee of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II was celebrated in style in assocation with Jones Wood Foundry of 76th Street, NYC. 

Traditional British food was served, with entertainment in the garden; from live music to street performers, making it a Great British Day!

A Jubilee Raffle was held, benefiting the ongoing work of the American-Scottish Foundation's children's charity program.

Lastly, the highlight of the day was the de-bearding of Behroush, supporting the American-Scottish Foundation's ongoing charity work with the New York Parks Department, specifically sustainable vegetable garden planting in the city.

The British "K9" community was well represented at the event and " took paws" to send Her Majesty the Queen a personalized card congratulating her on achieving her Jubilee milestone... or should that be, lampost?
