Wild Scotland: A Ranger’s Tale

Take a walk on the wild side with a wildlife ranger on the front line of the National Trust for Scotland’s conservation work. Ciaran Hatsell will provide a whirlwind tour of Scotland’s wildest places and creatures and share how we can help conserve them for the future.

Ciaran Hatsell has worked and lived in some of the most inhospitable and remote corners of Scotland, including St Kilda and Fair Isle (Britain’s most remote inhabited island) and is now Head Ranger at St Abb’s Head National Nature Reserve. Into all things wild since he was young, he followed his dream to work in conservation and has been a passionate advocate for nature ever since.
