2026 Burns Night Gala

The American-Scottish Foundation celebrated yet another successful year at our Annual Burns Night Gala at the University Club! With performances by Noisemaker’s Claire McKenzie and Scott Gilmour, and food by Scotland’s National Chef Gary MacLean, it was an incredible night with dancing, music and food!

The Scottish North American Community Conference (SNACC) will be hosted in Alexandria, VA on December 5th, both online and in person. Now in its 23rd year, this annual conference brings together the Scottish American diaspora community for a collaboration of experience and knowledge.

He was an international luminary, legendary educator, distinguished historian and humanities scholar, and recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom, died suddenly on April 15, 2021, in New York City at age 87.
